  • This Privacy Policy aims to provide a sense of security to every user of our website explorna.com
  • The functioning of our website is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally and absolutely binding legal regulations, as well as with the use of commonly accepted solutions to protect user data.
  • By using our website, you accept the terms of this Privacy Policy.
  • We reserve the right to make changes to this privacy policy. However, these changes will not violate the basic security and privacy rules of our website users.
  • The administrator of personal data is Explorna Therapeutics Sp. z o.o. with its location in Warsaw (02-089) at Żwirki i Wigury str. 101 / 0.30.

Personal data protection

  • In connection with the functioning of our website, the following types of personal data of website users are collected and processed: The identifier assigned to the visitor (ID) and the associated statistical information about visits to our website and the activity taken during those visits
  • Information about the activity of visitors to our website comes to us in an aggregated (i.e. statistical) form – we cannot analyze the behavior of any specific person. They are used to test the readability of the website and its content, monitor how users navigate the website and which content is attractive to them. We conduct these activities in order to understand the needs of our users and to increase the communication, educational and usability values of our website.
  • The personal data we collect is processed on the basis of the following legal grounds: Data collected with the use of cookie technology, used to analyze the behavior on our website, are processed on the basis of voluntary consent, which can be withdrawn at any time (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR and Article 173 of the Telecommunications Law Act).
  • Personal data is not shared. An exception to this rule may be a situation where an entity having such rights under the law (e.g. court, police, prosecutor’s office) requests access to them.
  • In the processing of data, the administrator supports subcontractors who provide services in the field of:
  • Website administration;
  • Data hosting;
  • Analyzing user behavior.
  • Data processed using cookie technology is processed for the time indicated in the tabular summary available in our cookie policy.
  • Each person whose personal data is processed, as a rule, has the following rights: the right to access their personal data, the right to obtain a copy of them, the right to rectify, delete or limit processing and the right to transfer them.
  • As the administrator’s activities involve the immediate anonymization of data and their processing to the form of statistics, the principles referred to in art. 11 GDPR (non-identification processing). According to these principles, if the controller is not required to be able to identify itself to achieve the intended purposes, it is not obliged to store additional data for the sole purpose of enabling such identification.
  • The administrator, in order to fulfill the obligation referred to in art. 11 sec. 2 GDPR, informs that it is not able to identify persons based on the collected statistical data.
  • This means that the rights referred to in para. 7 above, they actually apply only to information processed in order to receive, store and change / withdraw the user’s consent to the use of cookies.
  • In addition, users also have the right to withdraw their consent at any time. Consent management is carried out by the tool included in our cookie policy.
  • The persons whose data we collect also have the right to object to the processing of their personal data.
  • Persons whose data we process also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if they come to the conclusion that our practice violates the law.
  • Providing personal information is voluntary. The only consequence of not providing data, which the user will feel, will be the fact that the notification about the use of cookie technology will be displayed each time the website is visited (it will not be possible to save the settings).
  • The automatic actions we perform with the use of user information do not have a legal or similar effect. We do not profile our users
